KF10: High-hardness, fine-grained diamond tungsten steel, featuring high hardness and flexural strength, good wear resistance, but slightly lower impact resistance. Suitable for tempering or quenching high-hardness materials (HRC 48-67°), both non-ferrous and non-ferrous, and well-suited for medium-to-low-speed, light machining of metals. It is generally used for stable cutting and continuous light machining under favorable working conditions. NR11/NK10Z: Medium-hardness, fine-grained diamond tungsten steel, featuring good chipping and impact resistance. Suitable for various materials with HRC 25-48°, it offers excellent performance in high-speed, light machining and is highly versatile. Coating offers excellent results, improving tool wear resistance. It is commonly used in CNC machining of difficult-to-machine materials (containing nickel, chromium, molybdenum, silicon, titanium, etc.) such as high-nickel alloys, heat-resistant alloys, titanium alloys, gray cast iron, hard steel, and stainless steel, both before and after heat treatment. It is suitable for high-temperature machining and has excellent overall performance, allowing for high cutting speeds and lower feed requirements. Due to its poor toughness, it is not suitable for intermittent cutting or for use under conditions where the process system is insufficiently rigid or has slight vibrations or jumps, otherwise it is easy to cause tool breakage or chipping.

KF202/NK201: A medium-to-low hardness, fine-grained diamond tungsten carbide. This versatile material can be used for medium-to-low speed roughing to finishing of various materials with HRC ≤ 28°, including common mold steel, gray cast iron, heat-resistant alloys, aluminum alloys, copper, chilled cast iron, and alloy steel. It offers excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is generally used for thick stock removal and intermittent cutting. Coating provides optimal results, extending tool life.

ASP60C (High Hardness and Wear Resistance): Imported wear-resistant high-coal powder steel, hardened to HRC70" ± 2°. It offers excellent wear and impact resistance and is commonly used as an excellent tool for machining various difficult-to-machine materials (containing nickel, Cr, Mo, silicon, titanium, etc.) such as high-temperature alloys, heat-resistant alloys, gray cast iron, titanium alloys, stainless steel, and other high-temperature alloys prior to heat treatment. It exhibits excellent high-temperature machining and overall performance, and is particularly effective in high-speed cutting. However, due to its slightly lower toughness, it is not suitable for intermittent cutting or use in processes with insufficient rigidity, as this can easily lead to chipping and edge breakage. SKH59A (Medium Hardness and Wear Resistance): Imported wear-resistant high-coal powder steel, hardened to HRC66" ± 2°. It offers excellent wear and impact resistance and processability, and is generally used for high-speed, light cutting of various difficult-to-machine materials. Coating further enhances tool life.

SKH55A: (Medium wear-resistant): HRC62 ± 2°, with good wear resistance and impact resistance, wide range of applications. With a sharp cutting edge, good cutting performance and wear resistance, relatively stable quality, it can produce various non-standard and special-shaped tools.
