On May 27th, 2025, the 22nd XXx Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition kicked off at the Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center in Qingdao. At the same time, the "XX · 2025 8th XX Food Ingredients E-commerce Festival and Catering Ingredients Raw Materials Procurement Conference" as well as the 2025 China (Qingdao) International Chili and Condiments Trade Expo were also held. As an important exhibition in the food machinery industry, this year's exhibition, with the theme of "Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade · Green Future", presented a bustling scene on the opening day: over 2,000 exhibitors from across the country gathered together, and more than 53,241 visitors attended. The exhibition covers an area of 100,000 square meters and gathers a large number of domestic food industry enterprises. There are multiple exhibition areas on site, including food processing machinery, packaging equipment, food testing instruments, and food packaging materials. The exhibits cover the entire process from food production, processing, packaging to testing, showcasing the cutting-edge technologies and innovative products in the food machinery industry. In the intelligent manufacturing exhibition area, many exhibitors showcased their latest achievements in intelligent manufacturing. The fully automatic food packaging production line integrates robot technology, visual recognition systems and Internet of Things technology, achieving full automation from food processing to packaging, and enhancing production efficiency and product quality. With the enhancement of environmental awareness, green and environmental protection have become a major highlight of the exhibition. Exhibitors showcased their innovative environmental protection achievements one after another, such as food packaging materials made from degradable biological materials, which not only have excellent environmental protection performance but also practical performance, reducing the impact of plastic packaging on the environment. In addition, many exhibitors also launched their new products and technologies during the exhibition.
